Baptism
Please fill out the form and then contact the Pastor to set up a date.
Marriage
Diocesan policy requires six (6) months preparation for all couples planning marriage. Please contact Fr. Young well in advance of a desired wedding date.
Anointing of the Sick
If you are having surgery or a medical emergency arises, please contact the Pastor.
